oh god damn it, i cant believe i didn't get ippt gold. god damn it. screwed up my 2.4 run.. in fact, i didnt even get 5 pts for all stations, felt kinda tired.. but my running! i cant believe it.. i had 3 mins and 50 seconds to run my last 2 rounds to hit 9m 44secs, but i didn't manage to do it!

now guess wad happened? i was finished the first 200m of the 4th round, den i had this stomachache that was really urgent and the shit was like coming out anytime soon.. being that, cannot exert too much force to even jog, dont even talk about sprinting.. it was such a waste i started my run so well.. god damn it, now i'll have to report early to do ippt next wednesday again, cuz it's a must to get gold.. i will nail it the next time round!
